OVERVIEW

I led the concept and storyboard, shaping the narrative specifically around inventory challenges — from forecasting demand to monitoring stock, spotting issues early, and taking action with confidence. The video breaks down complex inventory workflows into a clear, step-by-step story, using clean UI highlights, smooth transitions, and structured pacing to keep everything easy to follow. The result is a clear, product-led explainer that helps users quickly understand how Polar’s AI Agent turns inventory data into smarter decisions — without the overwhelm.
